UPDATE 11/5/2023
Besign sent a full replacement that arrived 10/30/2023. They replied to my email the next day after I contacted them. The unit came fully charged, and setup only took a few minutes. Customer service was very responsive. Here’s hoping these last more then a few months!
UPDATE 10/25/23
Came home from work today and my mom said the headphones weren’t working anymore. Noticed that the base lights weren’t turning on. The headphones themselves still had power, as they were trying to connect to the base and the LED light was pulsing, but the base itself was dead. Unplugged, replugged, tried a different power cord, power brick, and power outlet – nothing – the base is dead. I’ve reached out to them through email and the automated seller messaging system just now – I’ll update if/when they reply and what the resolution is.

Purchased this for my elderly mom as she is hard of hearing and either had to have her TV turned up all the way (so that the whole house could hear!) or needed to use headphones. We tried several bluetooth headphones with a small bluetooth receiver, but invariably they would drop connection, or she would pair them with other devices in the house, and she hated having to charge them with micro USB or other small chargers. This successfully took care of all issues – she can put these on and take them off by herself, she can charge them by simply placing them on the cradle, and, as they’re auto paired, she doesn’t have to mess with any pairing/unpairing/wrongly paired bluetooth issues. High recommended!
