Perfect headset for noise cancellation and clear sound

I am very impressed with my new headset. Excellent quality material and workmanship. I brought this to work from home to use on our computerized phone system (The phone is in the computer). The sound is loud, crisp and clear. My clients said they could not hear the loud live music from the restaurant near my apartment. This headset eliminates background noises so well that I had to give this review a high five rating. It’s comfortable on my head and ears; however, after wearing it for 16 hours it can be a bit tight. The ear piece is rotatable, and I can gently move it away from my ears to relieve pressure. I can hear the caller loud and clear and they can hear me clearly with no issues. I’ve tried other headsets that failed miserably, but this one is the bestest ever! The white and gold looks classy and matches the decor of my work desk. I recommended this headset to my co-workers and they loved it. It’s super easy to set up this Bluetooth headset if you follow the instructions carefully. I highly recommend this product. This is 100x better than the Jabra headset in our office. I work 16 hr shifts so I make sure to recharge it at the end of my shift so that it can be fully charged for my next 16 hr shift. A full charge will last for about 28 hours. I love my new headset ❤️❤️❤️ I brought a super cool white headset stand to match it. I shared my home office photos on Microsoft Teams, and one of the managers said that it looks like a CEO’s office, lol.

Our IT team purchased a wireless headset for the team, and it works great but costs more than I wanted to spend when I work from home. I took a gamble in purchasing this headset that was only 25% of the cost of the office set. Not only was the connection good, but when I brought them into the office, they worked great with the office system.

I have reviewed many headsets on Amazon, ranging from well-known premium brands such as Jabra to lesser-known brands such as this headset from Vonztek. On arrival, the headset comes in a sturdy box, the headset is wrapped in two lots of plastic bags (a bit excessive). There is an easy to follow instructions, and a charging cable (USB to Micro USB). Given the price range, Micro USB is to be expected rather than USB-C. On taking the headset out straight away, I could see the manufacturing quality was pretty poor. As you can see from the photo, the power button wasn’t aligned correctly to the moulded socket, and the earcup cushions were also poorly put together.
The headband is adjustable and can accommodate my large head. I connected the headset to my desktop PC in seconds. The sound quality was okay considering the price as I listened to a podcast. However, I did test the microphone by having a quick Teams call with a colleague, who said there was a lot of crackling on the call, I swapped the headset for my Jabra, and my colleague said I was crystal clear.
I have had other headsets for less than £30, and they have been of reasonable quality, and I have given 4-stars, but this Vonztek headset at £26.99 has too many issues for me, and I think the best I can give is the 2-stars.
